• What occasions are appropriate for a photo-video montage?

   Anniversary, birthday, bar/bat mitzvah, christening, confirmation,    retirement.

• How long will it take to complete?

   Please book as early as possible. Usually 14-30 days from the time    we receive the pictures. We can, depending on our schedule, do a    rapid turn around. An additional fee may apply. Call for details.

• What kind of quality can I expect?

   We scan at high resolution and do basic levels adjustment to    maximize image quality. Sometimes additional photo retouching    can make an immense difference in the quality of some images.    Please see some of the examples of our photo retouching. Our    editing is all digital and we use the highest quality video encoder    to output broadcast quality video.

• I have photos that are scratched, discolored or otherwise    damaged, can they still be used?

    We can work wonders with damaged photographs. Please see     our photo retouching section for examples.

• Do you have any discounts if we provide digital pictures?

   Yes, we will discount $1 per digital image provided they are of    high enough resolution. This usually means a minimum of 300dpi.    Please call us for details.
